Harebell

While on holiday this summer in the Lake District and North Wales I did a fair amount of walking. In both areas but especially on the coast path near Nefyn in North Wales, there were several wildflowers I don't often see in the midlands. One of these was the Harebell. It's blue bell shaped flowers were everywhere along the path. Apparently they are called Bluebells in Scotland.

I came across this group of Harebells on the Coast Path above Nefyn Beach

A single flower open to the sun .

This flower was soaked in morning dew. I found it on an early morning walk on the coast path.
